Terms & Conditions for Tramika Craddock Enterprises LLC

To include ALL Services, including but not limited to SHEnetworks & Mom Squad Services/Membership

Effective as of 01/01/2021

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Your Coach will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes for services rendered.

  • You are responsible for the cause of all changes in your life.

  • Your Coach will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice based on their own personal experience, training, expertise, and appropriate information/research.

  • You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action you decide for your journey.

  • The term ‘coaching’ will cover life coaching, personal coaching, executive coaching, and business coaching for clients (depending on program/membership). You understand that the coaching services you will be receiving from your Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. You also understand that your Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional. By agreeing to* to these Terms & Conditions, you agree and acknowledge that the Coach is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health, or legal professional. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your Coach will not divulge specific personal information to others. Coaching Topics may be used as examples on other Coaching Calls without full disclosure of any given situation. Welcome post & Social Media shout-outs will be given to clients for the promotion of his/her efforts and/or business and the promotion of Tramika Craddock Enterprises LLC only. You are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.

SCHEDULING

All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for rescheduling your appointment as early as possible and/or prior to 0ne hour of your scheduled time. All cancelations and rescheduling should be done via the website. (The link sent to confirm appointment can be used to cancel and/or reschedule within 0ne hour of your scheduled appointment time) If your scheduled appointment is not rescheduled prior to one hour of your scheduled appointment time, that appointment will be counted towards your total sessions for the month and otherwise deemed forfeited for the month. You are responsible for rescheduling or scheduling a new appointment via the website, your Coach can not reschedule or schedule new appointments for you. The number of sessions agreed to in your coaching package is per month and cannot be carried over until the next month. Please be sure to schedule your appointments within the allotted time. Appointments can be scheduled up to 21 days in advance.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING CALLS

Coaching Calls will be for the allotted time of your session as agreed upon in your Coaching Program/Membership only.

TASKS/HOMEWORK

Your Coach agrees to walk along-side you on your journey and help you create a detailed action plan which will include tasks/homework. Tasks/Homework are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results. Please attempt to complete most tasks/homework before scheduling your next appointment to stay on an accelerated track. 

CHECK-IN'S

There is no extra charge for brief check-in's between your Coaching Sessions, whether to discuss an issue or concern or share a win. Your Coach provides this free additional service to give you superior value and results. Check-ins are to be initiated by you and will periodically be provided by your Coach.

 

UNLIMITED EMAIL ACCESS

Your Coach is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions, or review minor issues. There is no charge for any of the brief check-in's. Your Coach is only required to respond within business hours and will reply within 2 business days unless out of office.

NOTICE OF CANCELATION

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to info@tramikacraddock.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the cancellation is received by Tramika Craddock Enterprises LLC. Cancellation will be for on-going services. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available. A 3-month commitment is required for all new 1:1 Coaching Clients (does not include Group Coaching Services). This cancellation policy excludes the 3-month commitment for new coaching clients, cancellation is only effective after the 3-month commitment is completed. If Coaching Services is canceled, all special rates and services are forfeited. If you wish to re-enter the Program, you will need to do so under the new current rate and Program terms. 

TERMS OF COACHING/MEMBERSHIP

The Coaching Programs/Memberships are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Coaching/Membership for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

SUSPENDING SERVICE/MEMBERSHIP

You may not suspend your Program Services or Membership after your services have begun. You may cancel under the terms of the stated cancelation policy only. 

PAYMENT PLANS

If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program/Membership and the Cancellation Policy will apply. A credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of a payment default.

SERVICE/MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any Programs/Memberships as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT CANCELATION

If at any time the Client or Coach believes the Coaching Service/Membership and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to canceling the Program or Sessions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All material relating to the Program/Membership is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

INDEMNIFICATION

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.

GOVERNING LAW

This contract is governed by the law in the state of Georgia, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings, or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.

AGREEMENT SECTION

By entering into a Service Agreement either through signing a Service Agreement with Tramika Craddock Enterprises LLC or paying any amount to Tramika Craddock Enterprises LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
