MOMscape 2026
exhibitor Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor for MOMscape 2025. Please fill out the following form, and if approved, a member of our team will contact you to collect a payment. Keep in mind that your exhibitor registration is not approved unless you receive a payment link and full payment is collected. We are looking for premiere/unique brands! Shipping address will be provided upon approval for swag bag vendors.

Details about MOMscape 2026

Date: Saturday June 6th, 2026​

Date: Mama Marketplace will be hosted, Saturday June 6th, 2026

Time: 9am-2pm est (8am-9am setup, must breakdown by 3pm)

 

Location: Gas South Convention Center

6400 Sugarloaf Parkway Duluth GA

Expected in Attendance: 110

Once Registration form is completed, you will be contacted via OUR email only,  we will not contact you or collect payment through social media.

  • Only (2) additional vendor passes included. (up to 3)

  • Must set up onsite during full exhibit hours

  • Food or drink vendors-restrictions apply

  • No kids (no exceptions)

  • Limited amount of vendor types available 

  • Must breakdown by 2:30pm est

  • Standing banners/signs that can fit in a 36 sq ft area(right beside your vendor table) are approved

  • No signs can be hung at any time

  • Electricity available at additional cost. 

  • Free Wi-Fi is available from host venue

  • Must bring own tablecloth

 

Promotional items in Swag Bag for conference attendees

  • Must provide 110 items; one item per swag bag (swag bags provided by conference) item examples: product samples, coupons, items with logo 

  • Must mail in items prior to 5/22/26
