MOMscape 2023
vendor Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor for MOMscape 2023. Please fill out the following form and if approved a member of our team will contact you to collect a payment. Keep in mind that your vendor registration is not approved unless you receive a payment link and full payment is collected. We are looking for premiere/unique vendors! Shipping address will be provided upon approval for swag bag vendors.

Details about MOMscape 2023

Date: Mama Marketplace will be hosted, Saturday June 10th, 2023

Time: 11am-4pm est (10am-11am setup, must breakdown by 4:30pm)

Location: Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta Hotel

5775 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta GA

Expected in Attendance: 150-200

No food or drinks can be sold at any time.

Once Registration form is completed, you will be contacted via OUR email only,  we will not contact you or collect payment through social media.

 15 sec promo video played during breaks, throughout the weekend. (Up to 3x)

Business shoutout from Emcee throughout the weekend. (Up to 3x)

6 ft table, black tablecloth, 2 chairs

  • Must set up onsite between 10am-11am est

  • No outside food or drinks

  • No kids (no exceptions)

  • Limited amount of vendor types available 

  • Must breakdown by 4:30pm est

  • Standing banners/signs that can fit in a 36 sq ft area(right beside your vendor table) are approved

  • No signs can be hung at any time

  • Electricity may not be available 

  • Free Wi-Fi is available from host hotel 

Promotional items in Swag Bag for conference attendees

  • Must provide 150 items; one item per swag bag (swag bags provided by conference) item examples: product samples, coupons, items with logo 

  • Must mail in items prior to 5/15/23
