Event Team Members
Brainstorm & Execute Memorable Experiences
As an Event Team Member, you'll help plan and execute our monthly virtual and in-person gatherings, primarily in Gwinnett County, GA. From brainstorming themes to managing event logistics, your creativity and organizational skills will ensure every event is meaningful and engaging.
Commitment: 10-15 hours per month
Events Manager for Annual Conference
Lead the Planning for Our Signature Conference
Our Annual Conference is the highlight of the year! As the Events Manager, you’ll oversee the planning and coordination of this multi-day event, held June 6-8, 2025. This role involves monthly meetings leading up to the conference and hands-on management during the event weekend to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Commitment: 15 hours per month. Monthly meetups + full availability during June 6-8, 2025
Volunteer Manager
Recruit & Engage Our Volunteer Community
Help us build a strong volunteer network! As the Volunteer Manager, you’ll recruit, communicate with, and train volunteers for our monthly events, ensuring they feel prepared and valued. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining a supportive team that enhances every Mom Squad event.
Commitment: 10-15 hours per month
Sponsorship & Grant Manager
Secure Funding to Expand Our Reach
In this role, you’ll research, apply for grants, and seek out sponsorship opportunities that align with our mission. Your contributions will provide essential funding and resources, helping us make a larger impact on the community.
Commitment: 5-10 hours per month
Photographer
Capture Memories & Special Moments
We’re looking for a photographer to document our monthly events in Gwinnett County. You’ll capture images that highlight the joy, connection, and camaraderie of our community gatherings, providing us with visuals that share our story.
Commitment: 1-2 hours per event, per month (does not include MOMscape conference)
Care Team Members
Provide Support & Build Connections
As part of our Care Team, you’ll welcome new members to Mom Squad and maintain connections with existing moms, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. Your role includes regular check-ins and helping foster a sense of belonging within our community.
Commitment: 5-10 hours per month + monthly meeting
Graphic Designer
Design Eye-Catching Marketing Materials
Use your creativity to design flyers and promotional materials on Canva that will attract attention and inspire participation in our events. Your work will be key in communicating our brand’s vision and energy.
Commitment: Flexible, project-based
Social Media Manager
Build & Engage Our Online Community
Help manage our Facebook and Instagram pages, creating posts, engaging with followers, and sharing stories that resonate with our audience. Your efforts will boost our online presence and keep our community informed and connected.
Commitment: Flexible, with regular posting and engagement
